An intimate, musical storytelling show that reimagines The Railway Children in the North East, as we celebrate the 200 year anniversary of the Stockton & Darlington Railway.
Please note: There will be two shows on 24th September - 10am and 1pm.
Written by playwright Becci Sharrock with new folk songs from singer-songwriter Sam Slatcher, the performance tells the story of three young children who stumble upon the world's first passenger railway and meet the pioneers who dreamt it all up, with all the adventure and mischief of the original classic tale.
Aimed at Key Stage 2, ages 7 - 11 and running at approx. 1hr
